La Peralzola is a blue sheep's milk cheese. It is rich and creamy in flavour, beautifully complemented by its nutty and mild blue sharpness. Delicious as part of a cheese board or crumbled over salad.


Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, stabilizer (E-509), calcium chloride, and penicillium.

Allergens: Pasteurized sheep's milk, lactic ferments (lactose)
