When broken, the appearance of good quality butter should present a somewhat jagged, irregular surface.
The organic cream we use to produce our butter is sourced from local Gloucestershire farmers who farm to organic standards with the welfare of the dairy cows and their grazing being one of their main priorities.
We traditionally churn the organic cream in small batches resulting in a butter with a pure creamy taste and texture. The only added ingredient is salt in the salted range. We do not use any artificial colourings, additives or preservatives.
