Pasamontes Oveja Trufa 

Made with 100% raw sheep's milk, obtained daily by producers from Ciudad Real (Castilla La Mancha) by mechanical milking. The milk is then kept in refrigeration tanks until it is collected, for further processing.


It is cured for 4 to 6 months, giving it an ivory yellow color strewn with black veins typical of the best black truffle from Teruel. It has a clean and fruity smell characteristic of the most evolved sheep's milk together with the aromas provided by the truffle. In the mouth it has a firm texture and also a certain buttery one, altogether it is an exquisite product for truffle and cheese lovers.


It pairs perfectly with cava and cold white wine.


Ingredients: Raw sheep milk, rennet, ferments, calcium chloride, lysozyme (dervived from eggs), salt, black truffe pate.
