HEN GYMRO BROWN TIN

A brown tin loaf made with 60% wholemeal ‘YQ’ wheat, grown for us in Cemaes and milled at Felin Ganol Watermill in Llanrhystud. 40% organic white flour is added to give this loaf a good volume to match the fantastic flavour from the local wholemeal flour.
