WILD BLUEBERRY AND MANDARIN JAM

This our latest jam is produced using the sweet tangy and intensley blue wild Canadian Blueberries ( similar in size and colour to our own native Whinberry) and Mandarin orange, at the end of the cooking process the jam is infused with Condessa Welsh Mandarin cello liqueur produced on the island. of Anglesey.
