Ingredients: Oat, Barley, Rye & Wheat Flakes (50%), Malted Toasted Wheat flakes (10%), Sunflower Seeds, Sultanas (11%), Diced Apricots (9%) (Contains Sulphur Dioxide), Chopped Dates (9%), Roasted Hazelnuts (4%), Roasted Flaked Almonds (4%), Coconut (3%), Ground Cardamom.
