Although a hot relish it's not what you would call blow your head off we think with our recipe you get the heat while still are able to taste the refreshing tomato . This relish is great with sandwiches especially toasted or serve as a dip .We regulary use this relish for cooking try sauteing medallions of pork fillet when nearly cooked add relish to the pan with a little white wine (optional!!)..
